If you purchase a poster without a frame, the poster will be shipped in a tube, rolled up.
Please be aware that some posters may require 1-2 business days for production.
In the event that imported posters are out of stock, please note that it may take an additional 7 to 14 business days for delivery, and we will contact you accordingly.

Please note that frames are order- made products, and it may take about 3 to 5 business days for production.
Additionally, please be aware that a tolerance of 1–2cm between the expected frame size and the actual frame size may occur during the framing process.

Even if the country is listed in the table above, there may be some areas such as island or mountainous where mail cannot be sent.

Import duty
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside South Korea, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. We offer a 90-day refund policy if you decide to return the package upon receipt, provided that the items are in unused original condition and returned in their original undamaged packaging or a similar protective package such as a tube or box.
Please note that returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused. Additionally, please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Important! Please note that returns and exchanges are at your own risk and expense. If any items are received back damaged, we cannot provide a full refund of 100%.

Damaged Delivery

Our packaging is carefully selected to provide optimal protection while minimizing environmental impact. Although we and our delivery partners strive for excellence, a very small number of orders may experience damage during transport. If this has occurred in your case, please be assured that we will take immediate action to rectify the situation.

1) Take photos of the product and packaging, and provide a brief description of the issue.
2) We will promptly arrange for a replacement to ship to you.

The front of the frame is equipped with a standard acrylic cover.
Slim panel and canvas frames do not have an acrylic cover, providing an exposed frame look.
If you prefer not to use the acrylic cover or would like to use glass instead, please contact the Artish Customer Center.
