  • Returns & Exchanges

    • - We offer a 90 days refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind.
    • - The items must be returned in unused original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective package such as tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
    • - Important! Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged we are not able to offer a 100% refund.
    • - To make a return, please contact us at customer@artish.co.kr with the following information:
         1) Your order number
         2) The items you would like to return
         3) Reason for return
  • Damaged Delivery

    • - We apologize if you have received a product that is in anything other than a pristine condition. Our packaging has been carefully selected to protect our products, while having as small of an environmental impact as possible. Although we and our delivery partners do our best, a rarely small percentage of orders do sustain damage during transport. If this happened to you, rest assured we will make things right.
    • - Please kindly share your issues with us by email (customer@artish.co.kr) with the following information:
         1) Take photos of the product and packaging and Write a brief description of the issue.
         2) We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
         Even if things do not always go as we hoped, we do our best to assist in any way we can.
